most of the time saved comes from skipping cutscenes (holding start during a cutscene for 3-4 seconds lets you skip it) while it feels faster, i also feel like i played worse in some stages (ignore the vinny vinesauce in the background, i needed some sort of background noise or my ADHD brain was gonna completely tune out what i wanted to do)

I’m thankful and sad that overkill didn’t just used simons tracks right from the start. I mean what the hell is this? Who would forget: I will give you my all? This is like overwatches winning theme. It’s forgettable.
Maybe because the game was released in 2011, and the track was released in 2012?
Ok, so I figured out why this happens. Scuzz has a specific pattern and he's not meant to run into that wall normally. Like say if you were to not hit him, the way he's programmed is predetermined and he will never hit that wall, now if you start hitting him his pattern will deviate and certain patterns will cause him to run in that direction, so it's just sheer luck that this happens.
